What does your service include. 

Usually free, measure&quote assistance with selection of suitable fabrics & treatments for each window,complete measure make and installation of all products & a warranty on workmanship. 

We have a difficult window 

We can supply an ideal treatment for that window . Shaped or inclined windows do create a challenge, however there are treatments,that we supply that perfectly eliminate difficulties.
 
Where do we start. 

We like to start with, paint colours on walls, Carpets and floor coverings, Benchtops and Cupboard doors, and any other major inclusions, with that in front of us we can move through the process, quickly and accurately 

What do you use for lining of drapes, for Warmth we heard thermal is best. 

Our lining of preference is Poly/Cotton Sateen it is a heavy woven lining with soft drape which adds weight to the draperies, and like a vacuum flask it traps an inert layer of air between the two layers of fabric providing as much insulation as" thermal" (coated lightweight poly/cotton) without the problem of cleaning difficulties should the need arise. We also have a number of new linings that provide interlining, or blockout properties without the coated backing.

Do you install blinds 

Yes we prefer to come and measure on site,as we can then see any problems that may be apparent and advise you accordingly, in that way we can supply the order correctly first time and fit the blinds according to specification. 

Do we need to pay a deposit 

Yes we request a 40% deposit,as all components of your order are custom made and specific to your measurements, the balance is payable on completion subject to your satisfaction
